3. Services Provided
IndexMyCrypto provides software tools to create custom crypto indices, including a Crypto Index Trading Bot and License Key Generation service for Binance users.
4. Use of API Keys
IndexMyCrypto does not store or access full API keys. You are responsible for securing your API keys. Partial API keys are only used to generate license keys.
5. Payment and Fees
Payments for services, including license key generation, are non-refundable. Some services require recurring subscription fees, and failure to pay may lead to service suspension.
6. User Responsibilities
Users are fully responsible for their trading decisions, managing their Binance accounts, and using API keys securely.
7. Disclaimers
IndexMyCrypto provides no financial, investment, or legal advice. The software is provided “as-is,” and cryptocurrency trading is inherently risky. Users assume all responsibility for their actions.
8. Limitation of Liability
IndexMyCrypto is not liable for any financial losses or damages resulting from the use or misuse of its services, unauthorized access to API keys, or third-party platform issues.
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights for our software and services belong to IndexMyCrypto. Users may not reproduce or create derivative works without permission.
10. Termination
IndexMyCrypto reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to its services for violations of these terms or non-payment.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any legal disputes will be resolved in Swiss courts.
